Firgelli's belt drive actuators can operate at speeds up to 5 meters per second and do not require lubrication or maintenance. Firgelli's Belt Drive Linear Actuators are ideal for use in applications where speed is critical such as pick-and-place applications on high speed automation equipment.
Another advantage of these Belt Drive Actuators is that they can provide travel/stroke lengths up to 5 meters while maintaining repeatability of +/- 0.025 mm. These actuators feature a steel-reinforced polyurethane belt that helps deliver repeatable positioning by avoiding belt stretching.
The heavy duty extrusion design provides long smooth travel, and excellent repeatability. We offer these in custom stroke lengths and custom Servo motors to suit your needs.
