Super Duty Linear Actuator – High Force, Quiet Operation, Precision Feedback
The Super Duty Linear Actuator is engineered for demanding applications, combining rugged durability with smooth and quiet performance. Built with heavy-duty materials, each unit features a worm gear drive mechanism, making it significantly quieter and far more resistant to back-driving than traditional actuator designs.
Housed in a thick, high-strength aluminum case with matching aluminum rods, these actuators are designed to withstand substantial force while maintaining long-term reliability. They are available in two force/speed configurations and multiple stroke lengths ranging from 2" to 40", in 2-inch increments.
Each actuator includes integrated end-of-stroke limit switches to safely stop motion at both fully extended and retracted positions. A built-in 4-wire Hall Effect Sensor provides high-resolution positional feedback for synchronized or closed-loop control systems. If you don't need positional feedback, you can ignore these Hall sensor wires and run the Actuator perfectly from the 2 Actuator wires.
We call it the "Super Duty" Actuator because it delivers everything you need quiet operation, precise feedback, compact design, rugged build quality, and flexible stroke options, all in one powerful package.

- ✔️ Delivering force options from 220 to 450 lbs.
- ✔️ Optional Hall sensor feedback built-in. If you want to use it, ignore if you don't need it. 4 wires for the Feedback are included on all these models (black, white, and red). Controller FCB-1 or FCB-2 to give you full actuator control options, including speed adjustment, limit switch adjusting, and timer function
- ✔️ Actuator wiring is simple. 2x 18AWG wires (Brown & Blue) for the motor. Reversing polarity changes the direction of operation. 4x 20AWG wires (Red/Yellow/Black/White) for the sensor. (View any of the dimensional drawings for the wiring outputs)
